LR import - showing files as already imported when they are in fact not imported

hi all;

hope here can me.

i trying import new files lr,

these files in br.

in import field, lr showing files " imported"

i've tried importing these images directly card, moving images new folder in br, nothing seems helping.

please advise.

try clear cache , re-try import option.

go edit -> preferences -> file handling (windows) or lightroom -> preferences -> file handling

click purge cache (both camera raw , video)

close lightroom , re-open.

perform import option again.
