Move to new PC - ACR 9.2 shows what looks like 256 colour mode...?

have installed adobe cc on 2nd pc, , whilst looks ok, , appears function on original pc, have 1 major problem.

on 2nd pc, when .nef / .jpg file loaded camera raw appears like....(what can feel looks anyway)  ... 256 colour mode, yet if open same file camera raw ps cc 2015 loads , colours normal?

 

can point me in right direction please? first pc hp in one, 2nd pc dell 9010 sff brand new hybrid ssd 1tb installed.

 

normal been above...and heres new 1 i'm talking below?

please update graphics processor drivers manufacture's website, else turn off graphics processor camera raw preferences.

 

steps:

 

open photoshop

go edit menu<< preferences<< camera raw preferences

uncheck graphics processor.

click on ok

restart photoshop , try again.
