PDFL initialization failed in Adobe CS6

trying save cs6 photoshop file pdf format, following error window: pdfl initialization failed. have trashed preferences , restarted computer , still not able save pdf. on dell pc windows 10. did update adobe apps via adobe cloud few days ago. appreciated. not technically savvy forgive first post if not clear enough.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! How to use PF_PROGRESS function
