PE 14 Win10 Main menu picture only shown for a quarter

i have made first adobe premiere elements 14 video. when try create menu structure dvd, insert (drop) picture (drawing) 1650*930 pixels in main menu area indicated system. see quarter of picture in box. when render , burn disc have same results (quarter of picture). how can correct or should use format? if have tried 419*230 pixels same results. know answer?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
