lightroom crashes on exit

since couple of days lightroom crashed when close it.

(when tries save catalogue?)

so can't import files anymore backup catalogue says can't import cause catalogue nor correctly closed.

 

i tried optimize catalogue annually, repair permissions, of course restart, nothing helps.

 

please help

  • what location of catalog ?
  • are able create fresh new catalog ?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
