Premier Elements 13/14 with Bluray

several months ago posted problem elements 13 not being able create bluray movies.  never got resolved having tried advice provided. 1 response stated creation of bluray movies known issue premier elements 13.  if has been resolved in elements 14 me serious issue?  having managed create bluray after dozens of attempts have come software several months later new project and, guess what, have same issues again!  create bluray movie and, though no errors on completion, disc doesn't play.  have tried creating iso image again creates ie no errors on completion, resultant iso file cannot played.  software not cheap , should says or there should timescale resolve it.  such weakness n software think totally wrong publish new version if issue has not been resolved.

 

has managed create bluray movies?  talking large movies of around 20gb.

i don't know burning blurays or ever "known issue." i've had no problems burning dvds or blurays or creating folders or isos in version 13 or 14 -- , iv'e done on windows 10, mac yosemite , mac el capitan. i've had users not burn blurays send me project , media files , they've created bluray isos without hiccup. issue individual computer configurations -- makes hard troubleshoot.
