When purchasing, there was no option to enter a VAT number – can this be done retrospectively?

i've purchased 2 copies of indesign cc.

 

the first copy gave no option enter vat number, result being charged £17.15 per month.

 

the second copy had option enter vat number, being charged £14.29 per month.

 

can amend account first copy charged @ £14.29 per month please (i.e. without vat)?

in order update vat number in adobe account may please contact customer care.

 

**be sure logged in on page adobe i.d

 

once vat number updated under adobe account, not charged vat next payment.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
