Captivate 9 Publishing - mouse clicks not heard in all slides and audio cut off from beginning of slides

i purchased captivate 9 , building first project. have published executable chopping off audio @ beginning of slides. have published html/swf , in many slides dont hear mouse click. in preview mode clicks there. amazing.

we couldn't reproduce issue. can confirm, whether happening in project or project specific.

if project specific, please share sample slides of project investigate. can upload shared location (eg dropbox) , send link murugath@adobe.com

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
