Creative Cloud - downloading error
hello,
this anne sweden. bought , downloaded creative cloud/indesign 2 days ago. worked fine first day, yesterday , today has been problems. when go apps says "download error". navigated \users\\appdata\local\adobe\ , tried remove folders there. @ first couldn't remove them, succeeded when had folders removed couldn't open creative clouds. came sign message had download creative clouds again. did, had same problem "download error" , couldn't remove folders in appdata. please, tell me do!
1)navigate c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc , file named hosts inside etc folder.
2)copy hosts file desktop , open same notepad.
let me know whether can see adobe related entries inside hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc??
if yes , let know .
no adobe entries in hosts??
