How do I import pics into Lightroom 2.7 from a Canon 1DX?

i use lightroom 2.7, have new canon 1dx, , use lenovo pc windows 10 (64 bit believe). can't seem "import photos disk" lightroom camera (the photos jpeg , raw on c drive). did not have problem 5d mark iii , other canon cameras. please let me know need basic function working, thanks.
