In DW CC 2015 I cannot see the 'window" for the title of the page [subject edited by moderator]

hello

long time don't used dw, open it, now, cannot see window name page

is gone?

plus, don't see 'color' media queries on top

how can bring them back?

 

i'm on mac, please let me know if have reset everything.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
