Is upgrade installation media (DVD) language-dependent?

hi,

i live in germany own english pse 10. i'd upgrade. upgrade installation media language-dependent? there many specific offers "english upgrade"/"german upgrade" in internet shops, correct? or upgrade installation dvd multi-language anyway , fits existing software automatically?

otherwise need previous serial number, install upgrade. around during black friday sales , christmas holidays, full version cheaper upgrade version.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
