Smart shape buttons don't work in scalable html5 output

i'm experiencing annoying error can't seem solve. have number of courses created throughout last year - courses published swf. want publish them scalable html5, each , every course smart shapes used buttons don't work. (the courses created in cp8, i'm still using)

 

- if publish swf, work

- if publish html5, work

- if create brand new project , publish scalable html5, work

- i've tested course in 2 separate lmss same results

- it's existing courses published scalable html5 don't work

 

can think of reason (or setting) may cause problem? (adobe support weren't able couldn't recreate problem)

which version of 8? maybe adobe using 8.0.1.242 , still on 8.0.0.145?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
