want to uninstall DC and reinstall Acrobat 11 standard but never had a serial number to complete install

want uninstall dc , reinstall standard version 11 never had serial number (to complete reinstall of 11). told come here answer regarding serial number.

ideally no other version of acrobat sold except dc.

however try , connect chat support , see if fixed.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
