Workspace switcher dissapeared

it's not showing in surface pro 3 after reinstalling , deleting preferences. can see on desktop computer though. can't find enable it. thanks.photo.pngphoto_zoom.png

in photoshop go edit>preferences>workspace, uncheck enable narrow options bar , restart photoshop

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
