Can't download anything from Creative Cloud

i have window 7 - 64bit , yeah, it's not first time installing cc on notebook. lr out of trial period try buy use again.

 

right can't download cc. try best searching solution, including creative cloud | download error in apps tab of creative cloud desktop application

where didn't work! problem still goes on. use cccleanertool.exe remove cc on 10 times. not works! tell me do? such boring problem face adobe programs when launch cc downloading programs have.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
