Cannot create an image map [was: where are the panels?]

where panel used on left? want make rectangular hotspot link (image map) after few hours did "map" show in properties (for wondering had in design mode both in upper left , upper right dropdowns choose design, select image). next step choosing circular or rectangular tool select area, tool bar now? how appear?

you can create image maps when document window in design view. need have image selected @ time.

 

image maps cannot created in live view.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
