Have the OOBE problems the Creative Cloud been fixed, it happens on a daily basis now?

most times adobe cloud sporting blank screen, rename oobe file , fixes until next time restart, etc. real time suck considering paying high end application should helping more productive.

nobody can tell without proper system info or other technical details. of issues come down local computer issues other processes interfering adobe system, so, pardon directness, adobe can't fix don't know or else messed up. provide exact info , try help, otherwise generic assumptions not serve purpose.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
