I have a full subscription but only trial versions in Creative Cloud

i need ..

i pay already few months for this subscription , after trial on cant use of creative cloud programs such photoshop etc.

the descritions says

"you have access latest (and previous) versions of creative cloud desktop apps — plus full collection of companion mobile apps , services."

so access

for trial :-

first, sign out , in creative cloud, using same adobe id used pay subscription,

then, if launch cc 2015 product , pop still shows trial message window, please see link resolution:
