Need to Reload Flash Player in Win10

flash player accidently deleted win10. how can reload? have been in mad circle of pages in adobe, trying find out how d/load. have followed steps on , over. doing add ons, says:

but still find have no adobe flash player installed.

what's next? i'm computer illiterate granny in search of help. thank you.

try going windows update

simply type 'windows update settings' in search bar , see if install way.

 

i not sure how or why deleted integrated in windows

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
