Pdf form.

i created pdf form our field employees use , email office. fields works fine, issue i'm have now, field allows image imported not show image on form, either pdf or jpeg. how can correct this?

what acrobat version working on?

what os work on?

make sure field has been created properly.if possible try creating field again.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
