Unable to preview from desktop to Android

hello!

 

i've read android query?

 

one of our users trying use folio builder view folio on nexus.  have previsouly had working since changing new pc not option view folio on nexus, on desktop.

 

we keep being told it's not possible view on android have had working.

 

have encountered problem of folio not recognising tablet connected?

 

i'm sure remember adding text file origianlly working i'm unable find information again.

 

we'd grateful help!

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
