When I create a file in which I have synchronized audio and video , running the swf is desynchronized me

i need create files in wich audio , video synchronized . the problem when export , run them, out of sync . maybe it's problem computer, or maybe graphics card, or sotware.

this pc :


inte core i5-3337u cpu 1.80 ghz , 6 gb ram , nvidia geforce gt 740m .

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
