5 days ago, first time in life after many years photoshop, got error message when open .psd document :

 

"some of the type layers in document rasterized because error prevented them being read"

 

about psd file ;

- business card, 300 dpi, 15 mb

- created in 2015-04-23

- have open it, change text info , save again on 2015-10-30

- have try opening 5 days ago... that's when got error

 

now see layers, none of them have editable text, rasterized. can't know font using...

 

my photoshop cs5 on computer v.12.0.4 x64

my mac os x yosemite v.10.10.5

 

help!

could please try opening other document , see if still same error or not, or specific document.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
