[OSX 10.11.1] Problem with Splash screens not loading

hey, have problem splash screens not loading under osx el capitan cc 2015 ?

 

for premiere, after , indesign, splash screens not appearing during loading of apps. apps working , date, it's frustrating see app icons poping in dock , no splash screens appearing..

 

no problem ps, ai , lightroom (weird..). tried clean install deleting adobe cc cleaner tool, problem still present.

 

edit : tried reinstall cc2014 see if related adobe cc or el capitan. , same thing cc2014, guess it's related el capitan ?

 

this bug weird, apps load splash screen before doesn't..

 

osx : 10.11.1

adobe cc 2015 date

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
