reloading html page into edge not displaying complete page

after creating animation drop down menu:

1. class has entered in manually in html document after saving.

2. reloading html page edge displays animated portion timeline, not show complete html page.

been tech-support 1-1/2 hrs remote session , nothing solved.

tried using 2014 version- no fix

tried 2015 version first - no fix

everything updated.

has had same issue or there missing on our end.

thanks

have tried remove class entered manually?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
