Updating OS. How to handle already registered Adobe products?

currently have windows vista professional loaded on desktop computer.  have several adobe applications have been registered adobe.  de-active loaded applications prior updating os?  basically, clean load of new os rather loading on existing os.  reload adobe applications , re-activate?

do deactivate , if reformat, remove serial number in option. way keep activation server count @ or below 2 maximum.

 

reinstall , reactivate when windows , running.

 

are able locate serial numbers under adobe account?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
