Adobe Master Collection CS3 Photoshop activation not working - Help!

i have adobe master collection cs3. installed ps, illustrator , dreamweaver cds. have been sole owner of it. when try activate example, photoshop, says: activation - no connectivity. tried calling through telephone option guys discontinued option. please help! have serial #, telephone id number , everything... please help!
