Downloaded CS5 Master Collection onto new computer, but install says serial number is invalid. Had serial number checked by tech support rep and it is valid for CS5, says its a techincal issue. Help.

i purchased new imac yesterday.  downloaded cs5 master collection adobe site, install says serial number invalid.  have double checked registered products on profile , number correct.  tech support adobe says technical issue, serial number valid cs5.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
