Fatal error code 6 IG button exceeds video bounds

when try build blu-ray have following error : blu-ray error: "fatal error" code: "6" ig button exceeds video bounds.

i found same problem posted on forum in 2013 (i'm going crazy! blu-ray error: "fatal error" code: "6" ig button exceeds video bounds) answer doesn't apply me (my menus ans videos have same size).

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
