Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 text engine wont initialize.

the text engine not initialize.  had read previous post on similar issue, followed solution there.

 

i download font test zip fil, place file in presets folder of photoshop, , started font test.

 

i message: failed path font cache files. , says need delete following file:

 

f:\adobe\adobe photoshop cc 2015\tmp00000001.

 

i cannot seem find font cache files

 

can advise me on how correct this, using photoshop watermark 1 of photos part of entry portfolio diploma in photo imaging.

 

version of photoshop 2015.0.1release (20150722r 168 x64)

  • operating system , version number
  • the full text of error message(s)
  • what doing when problem occurred
  • screenshots of problem
  • computer hardware, such cpu; gpu; amount of ram; etc.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
