Saving PSD file is frozen at 0% saved ...

i tried saving photo has been edited maybe 8 layers. trying save psd. works fine , takes few seconds. has been stuck on 0% saved 20 minutes now. ideas why?

  • try saving file tiff
    • or merge layers , save file jpeg
  • now close photoshop , restart computer.
    • this should trick you.
  • in case not work check if happening .psd files or specific one.
