Trouble installing Acrobat DC (Cloud Version)

i'm on mac running yosemite , have updated cs6 cc. when tried update acrobat prompted delete previous versions of acrobat.


from applications folder, deleted acrobat pro , reader, emptied trash.


when go cc launcher , try install acrobat dc, i'm given same error. have logged in/out , rebooted no luck.


any suggestions

regret inconvenience caused.

acrobat installs files @ different locations, deleting application alone not remove files.

i assume still have creative suite uninstaller @ system ( @ /applications/utilities/adobe installers) ? please run un-install acrobat , re-start machine.

after machine restart, issue should resolved.

just in case still persists, may need use cleaner tool from use adobe creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
