How do I change the background color of a rolling title?

i added title using aquarium title style, when chose make title roll, background turned black automatically. if can't use aquarium background, i'd @ least make blue. know how this?

what version of premiere elements, computer operating system?

 

assuming premiere elements 11, 12/12.1, 13/13.1, or 14 on windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 64 bit....

 

expert workspace

project assets

panel options

new item

color matte - create blue color matte

 

then

video 2 goes title template credits file

video 1 goes blue color matte

 

please consider , let know outcome schedule permits.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
