I have Lightroom 5.7 and just got a new PC laptop computer with Windows 10 and a 4k display. The text is very small even though I have the text set to the largest possible. Is there any way to make the text larger and if not does LR6 address this issue?

you can try trial version of lightroom 6 , test on machine, there's nothing in interface font setting small & large.
