low level exception errors - why is this happening so often to so many paying customers and with so many plug-ins, effects, etc...

for past couple of months i've been receiving numerous low level exception errors when use newblue fx effects , titlerpro plugins.  these errors freeze system , when did cold reboot load up, have same errors occur afterwards.

 

initially, thought had installing windows 10 (big mistake, piece of junk, don't ever it!!!!)  ended refreshing entire system 8.1 , re-installed bare minima work on project 2 weeks overdue.

 

these errors continued , before, system being overworked; fan on full speed, hard drive spin rates extremely high , freezing/reboots.

 

then purchased new hd , increased ram 8 20.(over $400 spent).  updated graphics card per nb fx's suggestion.

 

these same issues occurring , has been going on long time , unable find on causing this.

 

what have learned is not limited pc's; not limited 1 specific plug-in, not limited specific effect of many plug-ins.

 

i impression large , time-consuming issue , cannot find cannot find solution.

 

adobe seems quiet on yet conclusion previous adobe update caused these issues.

 

adobe, please respond solution, i'm @ lease 1 month behind schedule , getting tired of issue.

additional information

 

there few instances when ppro loads fine, is, no errors. 

 

when click onto mov file, exception error occurs.

the titler pro 4 errors occur after loading, infrequently.  have full restart , errors occur time , time again.  it's hit , miss on whether loads error-free.

 

i cannot export media.  i've tried various formats rendering seems stuck @ 13%.
