ppj file specs

i have weird question/request.

for school need write .ppj file. although have googled, cannot answers questions i'm interested in. hope here might guide me answers.

 

i'm interested in history of file type.

what driving development in beginning - why file format created?

and why isn't file format used anymore?

 

i hope in forum can me. need fill @ least 4 pages , far got 2 pages, not information care about.

 

don't me wrong, continue own search also. it's far haven't found interesting on own. mean know programs use file type , can done it, why it's used. know "the story" of file type. still have couple of weeks finish project, thought i'll give try , ask official source also.

first, open forum space provided adobe, not adobe support... while there adobe employees read/reply here (and 1 of them may come along , answer question) of people here me... user

 

as change (again, don't work adobe) premiere has evolved "just" premiere premiere pro , successive versions of ppro (such 32bit through version cs5 64bit starting cs5) capabilities of program have changed new project file versions no longer opened in old programs, guess is why

 

in fact, cloud projects may not opened in ppro cs6, though cs6 64bit
