After updating to OS X El Capitan I am unable to export video

premier allow me edit , save, cannot render media video file (e.g. mp4). help!

i noticed exporting audio took crazy amount of time. in past export audio in 5 minutes - takes 2 hours. 

this, not real concern - however.  real problem not being able produce video file. 

please help.

what version of premiere elements?

 

what properties of source?

brand/model/settings of camera recorded video?

what project settings (project preset set manually or project automatically)....see edit menu/project settings/general.

what specific route , export settings using premiere elements .mp4 export? in export area, see duration , estimated file size?

do have latest version of quicktime 7 installed on computer , running programs administrator (from user account administrative privileges)?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
