Sound syncing multi-clips in a 20 minute ProRes444 file? No clue how.

gents , ladies, first super8mm project sync sound , have 4 20 minute prores files of footage. in each 20 minute stretch of footage have multiple scenes , takes , each 1 needs sound synced up. way know how in premiere pro select each scene, drag individual scene timeline , sync. insane have of sequences in timeline , have move them around jigsaw puzzle (there 7 takes of scene featured in pic below).

 

so summing up, sound linked clip in timeline , that's not tenable.

 

i sync sound files each section when put video in source window, sound there well. sound synced each individual clip.

 

is making sense?

 

now there must way this, either in premiere or maybe prelude, stumped , have exhausted all search options.

 

i on windows 7 based pc adobe cc (latest) have premiere pro, prelude, etc. have never used prelude have upgraded cs5.

 

here screen grab give more of idea. clip goes bin source window. in clip many takes. have selected take 7. dragged take timeline , synced sound, not linked in source. need sync sound clips in file in source window.
