Why is my exported frame rate always wrong?

i trying export large project premier pro.  did other day, noticed needed fix slide in video, had rerender , reexport.  then, of sudden, started changing frame rate on me.  instead of exporting 24 fps(which filmed in , chose in export settings), exported video 30 fps.  exported video file hour shorter exported audio file.  due yesterday, need figure out how fix fast.  tried customer service, didn't seem understand issue.  have advice?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
