Deactivate Premiere 7 on dead computer
okay - had tiny laptop upon had premiere elements 7 installed. old thing has since bitten dust, , i'm pretty sure brother has wiped harddrive. (double-checked him: it's nothing more harddisk, since ripped chassis. files still accessible right cables, no, adobe exists on device).
i'm trying install pe7 onto new desktop - it's telling me serial number invalid. i'm guessing it's because didn't deactivate off previous machine?
considering old machine no longer exists, how on earth deactivate premiere?
[*begin rant*: bought brand new freaking computer can handle beast of program, , can't use it!!! *end rant*]
since open forum, not adobe support... need contact adobe staff help
