How to add a photoshop action for selecting a purticular layer and changing the visibility ?

how add step in action, select particular named layer , change visibility. example need show layer named cta .

please follow below steps in order change visibility of particular layer:

1. first name layer example: cta

2. while recording action highlight layer first , change visibility.

3.you see following kind of entry in action record:

4. while applying action on other image make sure have layer similar name perform action on it.
