Media Encoder is Slow and Crashes Often

i having problem media encoder on premier pro files (cc 2015).  first off, extremely slow.  can not stress extremely part enough.  trying create 7 minute movie , taking 12+ hours media encoder crashing often.  problem seems related jpg files inside movie.  starts fine , estimated time 60-90 minutes through beginning parts of movie (which still seems kind of long 7 minute movie).  when hits section jpgs time remaining starts increasing rapidly , creeps 80+ hours.  7 minute movie finish "mercury playback engine software only" option selected takes 12+ hours.  if use gpu acceleration (opencl) progresses faster until hits jpgs.  crashes majority of time (after 8-9 hours of crunching away on jpgs).

 

i using windows machine (windows 7) 16gb of ram.  processor 6 core amd processor.  video card amd firepro w4100.  have updated of drivers , have read through forum , have tried of other suggestions posted.  have taken same movie , have rendered on considered inferior products , blazes through (even jpgs) in 30 minutes.  wrong here.

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

--both windows 10 , mac 10.11 el capitan have been known cause problems... operating system?

-with dimensions of jpg pictures?
