nach dem exportieren erhalte ich keinen fehlerfreien film -verzerrte bilder

in premiere pro 5.5 kann ich nach dem exportieren keinen fehlerfreien film erzeugen. ich erhalte immer verzerrte standbilder oder manche bilder erscheinen gar nicht mehr.

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

--both windows 10 , mac 10.11 el capitan have been known cause problems

-with export settings did use output?

-with effects using video?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
