Newly Installed Lightroom6 on PC windows 10 starts up with error. Any Ideas?

just bought lr6 , installed on laptop windows 10, tried start , message...

any ideas problem here?

would please try following steps:

 

  1. navigate %appdata%\adobe\lightroom\preferences\lightroom 6 preferences.agprefs
  2. open file lightroom 6 preferences.agprefs in textedit
  3. change following line: useautobahn = true following useautobahn = false
  4. save , close file lightroom 6 preferences.agprefs
  5. launch lightroom cc/6 again

 

if not please share crash log us.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
