TO ANY MANAGER - I have never made a complaint in my life to any business, but two different support employees were short and closed chats on me, issue is still unresolved.


i have used ae many years, , try find every answer issues may arise on own, because don't wait, surprised see how there there.  after hour of letting poke around on computer, solved first issue myself, fine, didn't mind @ all, , over-friendly it. when asked second question, support guy ended both chats me (after replied saying wait,) thought maybe because of "glitching" issue lost him, after asked in normal chat "are there?" closed 30 seconds later.  got on chat second person support, felt treated same way. asked uninstall of plugins after giving basic explanation, replied asking if there other options first, because take me several hours find information reinstall , license them again , answer vague.. , sounded waste more time doing this, since didn't attempt ellaborate on why after expressing concern.  explained how long process be, , pleaded other suggestions, representative told me reinstall applications, , instantly closed chat on me.  unpleasant experience, , end chat on me both times when being overly friendly , gave them access computer, unsettling , left bad taste in mouth adobe. needed suggestions.. link "support portal" chat - https://screen.share.adobe.com/session_download?lsid=l%3df109ccb58afb4acfab2f0e195d74e3b6% 3bh%3d3e375d6774a88e66bc8cd1f87401cd229c6cd7df%3bt%3dsd%3bm%3dchat&dl_action=chat&view=1

that sounds terribly frustrating!

unfortunately, these forums not official way contact adobe. these forums user-to-user support. means you're talking fellow users in here (like me). adobe employees pop in here frequency, it's members of after effects product team , video product team (the guys making programs) , isn't sort of manager support staff.

 

you'll have go through adobe's official support channels talk issues support team. there should phone number country in support pages, if not, think able escalated in chat next time connect.

 

now, if actual issue fellow users, we'll glad offer assistance can.

if i'm following chat transcript, every version of ae you've tested flickers if go different program , return ae. correct?

we're going want know things exact version numbers of ae you've tested (down last decimal), how long issue has been going on, when started, gpu , gpu driver information, kind of monitor setup have, sort of preview system you've got (aja, blackmagic, kona, etc.), plugins installed, etc.
