When using a brush in adobe camera raw the applied affect isn't centered on the brush diameter.

i've started learning use more of acr features while editing. while applying gradient filter discovered when use brush take away, or add to, affect begins show change below , right of brush circle. contacted support chat , agent worked on awhile no avail. seemed have never seen before.

again, if have selected brush change area covered filter, change doesn't happen in center of it. if click 1 time, , not move brush, see perfect circle overlaps displayed circle brush.

i have removed , reinstalled photoshop , agent made sure had current version of acr. have idea going on?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
