Calculate Labor for Installation of Event Rental Products

i have tinkered tax codes , custom shipping can't figure out how charge customer labor.

 

goal

calculate labor installation of event products based on percentage of total equipment rental.


 

formula

total ordered amount x percentage (30%) = labor charge


anyone knows how please help.

to have these info on order stored, best way use tax codes. dropdown defined tax ( , can have different values based on state)

setting tax .  using tag {tag_invoicetotal} display value of each products price tax applied ( 30 % in scenario)
