deactivate from lightning destroyed computer

after lightning strike while in south africa totalled laptop bought new one. not deactivate accepted loss , bought thought new copy of lr cs 6. looks if might have been sold cc 6 useless me work takes me parts of africa , australia many hundreds of miles nearest web connection. had copy of original installation files , tried installing that, neither original key nor 1 supplied in email acknowledging purchase activate current installation

you don't need connected web use lr cc.

no. briefly need internet access activate lightroom. if you’re cc subscriber, ‘phones home’ , again check subscription status, can offline 99 days before reverts limited mode (no develop, map or sync). if have perpetual license, lightroom remains activated until deactivate it.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
