sync folders broken

latest release of lightroom 6.2.1 has horridly slow import process, sync'ing folders appears broken.  takes 15+ minutes syncronize 1 image, ends hanging before kill process.

 

using windows 7, latest lightroom 6.2.1.  poor bug testing why won't sign cc, fire s**tty dev's , can job...

 

edit :: idea spend resources on "face recognition" , other gimmicks while leaving core functionality compromised joke...  bad paid pos "upgrade" lr5

 

edit 2 :: have win7 laptop 8 cores, 16gb memory, , 750gb ssd drive, it's not hardware issue, coding issue in lr

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
